On November 1, 2008, a reform will come into effect at the general courts throughout the country. Major changes are taking place in the Code of Judicial Procedure, which lays down the rules that govern how court proceedings should take place.
The basis of this change in the law is Government Bill 2004/05:131 "More modern court proceedings – a reform of proceedings in the general courts".
This brochure will explain a little about the reform, which involves examinations in the district court being documented on video.
